Working Principle
The exhaust valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, upper cover, valve stem, float, exhaust nozzle and so on. When you need to discharge the gas in the pipeline, the air in the pipeline under the action of water pressure into the body cavity, and discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then the water in the pipeline is filled with the body cavity, so that the float in the buoyant force of the water under the action of the upward movement of the exhaust nozzle blockage, to achieve self-sealing. Pipeline in the normal line, the air in the water under the action of pressure, constantly discharged into the upper part of the body cavity of the exhaust valve, forcing the float to fall, leaving the original sealing position, then the air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then, the float is restored to its original position since the seal. Therefore, the exhaust valve in normal operation, the valve is always open, the float constantly repeat the above action, the air is constantly discharged. When it is necessary to overhaul or clean the body cavity, the valve should be closed.
