200X Adjustable Pressure Reducing Valve consists of main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control receiver system. When used, it can automatically maintain a stable outlet pressure when the outlet pressure is adjusted. This product uses the pilot valve self control, no other devices and energy, easy maintenance, high accuracy of pressure control, by the inlet pressure and flow rate of small impact, pressure stabilization and reliable. This series of valves are widely used in high-rise buildings, living quarters and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.

How it works:

When the valve is fed from the inlet side, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber and outlet pressure is applied to the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the spring setting of the pilot valve, the pilot valve closes. The control chamber stops draining, at which time the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the valve outlet pressure drops to the pilot valve spring setting pressure, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. As the pilot valve system drains more water than the needle valve inlet, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops. The inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In the steady state, the control chamber inlet and discharge are the same, the main valve opening is constant, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
